At Boardwalk Beads, we want you to love your handcrafted jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
